Monreal is a painter who is driven by realism and whose artistic skills were developed further when he studied drawing and illustration at the School of Fine Art in Brussels. As recently as 1997 he decided to work in oils and to dedicate his time to being a professional artist. Monreal has already been awarded various prizes and medals in recognition for his fine work which is widely held by public and private collections.
