Venard has captured the beautiful Paris skyline through bold geometric shapes and vivid colours, transforming the familair and much loved architecture into a dynamic compositon. Venard;s technique emphasizes structure and form blending realism with abstraction. In the background the 'Moulin de la Gallete' can be seen - the two windmills became an iconic symbol of Montmartre's bohemian culture.
